Assured Effects are based in Poole and cover the whole of the Dorset area. As well as Hypnotherapy we offer Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) thearapy sessions, business coaching, life coaching, personal mentoring, career management, and training. We also offer personal fitness and diet instruction.
Andy Cox
Clinical Hypnotherapist HPD DHyp CHyp CNLP MCMI
During his 30 years in industry Andy held several senior management positions working in Operations, Customer Services and Management Systems. He has lectured at Bath University and performed charity work in South Africa which was recognised at a reception at Buckingham Palace in February 2010.
Andy trained as a clinical hypnotherapist at the Surrey Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy under the direct supervision of renowned hypnotherapists Paul Howard and Paul White. He is a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy and strictly follows their codes of conduct. Andy personally runs all hypnotherapy and NLP sessions.
Andy is also the resident Clinical Hypnotherapist at The Wimborne Clinic. He is the Research Director for the National Council for Hypnotherapy.

A reiki session is natural, relaxing, non-invasive, non-detrimental and safe. The client remains fully clothed while the practitioner places her hands in various positions on or off the body. All the client has to do is relax - the more relaxed the client the more effective the reiki treatment will be!

Paula is a qualified personal trainer and works out of her own gym or at the client’s home. She trains and competes in Mixed Martial Arts and has achieved several titles including winning Gold at the 2009 Welsh Open for Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
Paula trains six days a week and she is an expert in personal fitness, nutrition and healthy life style. Her biggest motivation comes from watching others succeed and reach their goals. Paula’s approach is working on all aspects of fitness and well-being which naturally includes mind, body and soul.

Debbie has worked in the holistic field for 12 years having studied and practised many therapies such as massage and nutrition. She has also conducted lectures and workshops in diet and nutrition. In 2008, Debbie gained qualifications in Ericksonian hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and life coaching having trained with EOS seminars of Bournemouth.
Debbie uses her skills in an integrative way to help empower clients to create positive changes in their lives. She supports her clients in the step by step process to achieve their chosen goals and aims to bring them to the best they can be. Debbie is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register.
